Q: Why should I have my trash & recycle bin cleaned by Gulf Coast Bin Cleaning?
A: Just using a hose and broom to clean your trash and recycle bin is not a sufficient way to remove or kill the bacteria and diseases that breed in your bin, such as Tuberculosis, Strep, Staph, E-Coli, Salmonella & Listeria. We not only clean your bin, but we also disinfect, sanitize and deodorize them before taking the contaminated water and debris away to be disposed of properly.
Q: How often should my trash and recycle bins be cleaned?
A: We recommend a "Monthly" service, however, depending on your needs an "Every Other Month" or "Quarterly" service would keep your bins sparkling clean.
Q: How do I sign-up for service?
A: Sign-up conveniently online or call our office at 1-239-410-1333.
Q: How does the service work?
A: After you choose your service plan, Gulf Coast Bin Cleaning places your bins on the next available route in your area. Service is always done on the same day as your trash and recycle pick-up, so your bins are already at the curb and empty. Once they are disinfected, sanitized, and deodorized we will place them to the side of your driveway, facing the opposite direction, so you know the service is complete.
Q: Are there some things that can not be removed with a professional bin cleaning?
A: Unfortunately we can not guarantee the removal of construction adhesives (tar, concrete, glues, etc.) or paint.
Q. How do I update my payment information?
A. Click on the CLIENT LOGIN button on the left edge of your screen. Click the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab that appears on the landing page. Under ACTIONS you should see an UPDATE button. Click the button and follow the prompts to update your payment information.
Q. How do I pay for an order that's listed in my account as UNPAID?
A. Click on the CLIENT LOGIN button on the left edge of your screen. Once you're logged in, you'll be taken to your profile. Notice that all of your orders are displayed on this page. Locate the order you need to pay. To the right of the order is a PAY link. Click this link. On the next page, click "Pay with Bank or Credit Card" which will already be ticked. Once you do this, the module will expand and you'll be able to add your updated credit card information. Follow the prompts to complete the process.
Q. How does the referral program work?
A. If you are a current Monthly, Every 2 Months, or Quarterly customer* and refer a friend, family member, or neighbor (just have them enter your name on the referral line during sign-up) and you will receive a refund for $9.95, the cost of one bin cleaning, refer two friends, receive a $19.90 refund, the cost of two bin cleanings. Q. What do I do if I am a seasonal resident?
A. Sign-up for the service plans that best works for you and while your away we will put your service on hold! Just send an email to info@gulfcoastbincleaning.com with the dates you will be away and when you return, we will start back up with your cleanings.
